  • Step 4: We also proactively reach out to potential candidates who may not be actively looking but possess the qualifications and skills you need.

3. Screening & Shortlisting

  • ​Step 5: We conduct thorough screenings, including reviewing CVs, checking qualifications, and verifying work experience. We also perform initial interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and motivation.

     

  • ​Step 6: Based on these screenings, we provide you with a shortlist of the top candidates for your role. Each candidate is thoroughly vetted to ensure they meet your expectations and standards.

4. Offer & Negotiation

  • Step 7: If you receive a job offer, we will help you review the terms and conditions. If necessary, we’ll assist in negotiating salary, benefits, and other details to ensure both parties are satisfied with the offer.
     

  • Step 8: Once the offer is accepted, we guide you through the next steps in the relocation process, including visa applications, work permits, housing, and other legal paperwork.

5. Relocation & Settling In

This includes assistance with obtaining the necessary visas and work permits, helping you find accommodation, and offering guidance on settling into your new environment. We are here to help you adjust to your new life abroad.
